DUTIES AND TAXES
We do not charge any extra taxes, and do not collect duties prior to shipping. These amounts will be charged by your local authorities prior to delivery. You can use this tool (use product description "Electric Guitar") to get an idea for the sort of fees you can expect, or visit your Government website for more details.
RETURNS
If you receive a guitar and simply do not like it for any reason, you can return for a full refund (less shipping) within 45 days of your purchase date.
If the item is "not as advertised", damaged or needs additional setup, we will refund, repair or replace at our expense, including shipping costs (UPS Ground only).
Between 30 - 120 days, if you wish to return your item, we will retain a 20% restocking fee from your refund amount. After that time we will entertain returns or exchanges on a case by case basis only.
